This option allows for the decision to be embalmed or not. Cremation: Cremation services can include a viewing of the body and even burial of remains. Direct Cremation: A direct cremation is cremation of the remains as quickly as possible. This option allows for the decision to be embalmed or not. Anatomical Donation: Donation of the body to science. The cremated remains are returned to the family appropriately one year later. You must be pre-approved by the institution.
